Services Provided at ATC

Preamble:

Aldergrove Twin Creeks Ranch Ltd is chiefly engaged in the business of providing horse board and horse care on a for profit basis. The purpose of this document is to outline what services ATC provides.

1. Full board includes:

a) four hay feeds/day

b) provision of water

c) one or two grain feeds daily

d) turnout when appropriate

e) two blanket changes/day

f) Manure removal from stall and paddock

2. Partial Board includes

a) four hay feeds/day

b) provision of water

c) one or two grain feeds daily

d) turnout when appropriate

3. Additional services such as custom feeds, health care, exercise etc may be offered to customers on an individual contractual basis.

a) All such agreements shall be negotiated and contracted through the ATC office/management.

b) At the discretion of the office/management, the contracted services may be provided through the use of a professional associate or through the use of regular ATC staff.

c) ATC management staff shall supervise and schedule the pertaining services in accordance to the contract.

d) ATC management staff will bill the client for the services as agreed upon at appropriate intervals. Payment for services shall be rendered to the ATC office/management staff.
