In support of our on going penning and cow play programs, Twin Creeks Ranch is frequently in the market buying and selling cattle.  We typically run between 40 to 90 head of Corriente and Brahma cross stock.  Cattle that appear “beefy” are sent to slaughter and sold off as meat orders.

As our cattle are a small bread and typically young, our meat orders are not overly large.
Generally, a side will fit into 4-5 apple boxes with a total weight of 150-200 lbs
