Twin Creeks Ranch is a 60 stall horse boarding and equine
event facility set on 125 acres, boasting three barns,
pastures, all weather paddocks, a large indoor arena,
racetrack, outdoor arena, clubhouse, round pen, and the
only year-round working herd of cattle in the Fraser
Valley. We will offer quality horse care, boarding,
cattle penning, and clinics. The welcoming atmosphere is set in the west coast character clubhouse, complete with antiques,
woodstove, table games, and peeled log rails. This split-level lounge is suitable
for meetings, clinics, parties or events.
The centerpiece of the facility is a spacious heritage
post and beam barn, which boasts 24 large,
well-built stalls, which is currently under renovation.
The lower barn features skylights in a high roof, wide
aisle, indoor hot water wash rack, 3 tack rooms, and
direct access to the indoor arena. The
large indoor arena has newly
engineered footing, solid wood walls, bleachers, a built
in sound system, skylights and a small attached indoor
viewing area. The upper barn
is equipped with 22 stalls, most of which are used by
monthly boarders. There are 2 tack rooms, outdoor hot
water wash station, hay loft, and direct access to the
outdoor arena and the racetrack. Attached to the upper
barn is a smaller self-contained
barn, with 9 brightly-lit stalls, and its own large
tack room.
The 3/8-mile training Racetrack has
good, well drained, sand footing. The 2 lovely ponds,
trees, and grass in the middle improve the quiet
setting. There is a high-sided, solid round
pen with newly engineered footing available for
training, schooling and exercising horses.
The outdoor arena is equipped with
hog fuel footing so is open only during the more clement
months. It is located in a lovely area just outside the
upper barns. Paddocks are located in a number of areas. Both hog fuel and all
weather sand paddocks are available with more under
construction. With the wet weather typical of the
Pacific North West, we are focusing on the expanding the
number of all weather style paddocks. Twin
Creeks Ranch is located on 30 acres along the Salmon
River with cattle run on the adjoining 90 acres. We have
the luxury of spreading out over 120 acres! The
location of Twin Creeks
is ideal; it is centrally located in rural Aldergrove at
the 264th street exit off Highway #1, (route #13 to the
USA border). If you travel south past the Vancouver Zoo,
turn west on 48th avenue and we are right there. We
