Carmen Kramer
EEC Level I English Coach
My interest in horses started as a very young child.
By the age of six I was taking weekly lessons at a stable in Hudson, Que.
We moved to B.C. where I started riding lessons with Caroline Weeks at Southlands Riding Club. Within two years I was presented with my own pony and started showing seriously. For ten years I rode and showed in the Pony and Jr. Hunters with Caroline Week, then in the Jr. Hunters and Equitation Medal classes with Lindy Townley. Later I moved to Langley B.C. and I rode the Jr./Amateur Jumpers with Judy Wise. During my junior years I survived riding in two of George Morris clinics and was also privileged to ride in a clinic given by Victor Hugo Vidal.
After my show career I was introduced to The Fraser Valley Hunt Club.Within a short time I was given my colors and rode assecond whip, (an honored position at the front of the hunt tracking the hounds).
