I teach private, semi-private and small group lessons which include general horsemanship, ground work, stable management, and horse care along with the riding time. I can instruct you on my well-trained lesson horses or on your own horse.

If you are interested in working with horses or in teaching horsemanship, you can earn Certified Horsemen's Association rider levels with written tests as well as stable management and riding evaluations. Students here groom & tack up their own horse thereby improving personal safety, developing confidence and learning the broadly recognized best practices in horsemanship.

I teach both Western and English riding as each discipline uniquely adds to our skill set and improves our riding in a complementary fashion. We can utilize our indoor arena, 72’ X 72’ covered training centre, outdoor arena, round pen, sand track, and 3 ½ KM of forested riding trails to add variety and depth (and fun!) to our lessons. We have a unique facility on the 85 acres here at Twin Creeks Ranch.

I have 7 lesson horses including three talented hunters, a Belgian Warmblood, 2 kind schoolmasters, and a well-trained cow horse. I teach Western and English basic seat, hunt seat, jumping, basic reining and cow work.

I charge $65, including GST, for your 1 1/2 hour lesson. If there are 2 students together, it is $60 per rider for the 1 1/2 hours. If you would like to come and have one lesson to get a feel for what we do here, please let me know. I love sharing the information that many horsemen have shared with me in order to improve your enjoyment of horses and riding.

Sincerely, Cindy Waslewsky
