Thank you for your interest in riding lessons here at Aldergrove Twin Creeks Ranch.

I teach private, semi-private, small group lessons, general horsemanship including ground work, stable management, horse care, and riding time. I can instruct you on my well-trained lesson horses or on your own horse.

If you are interested in working with horses or in teaching horsemanship, you can earn Certified Horsemen's Association rider levels with written tests as well as stable management and riding evaluations. Students here groom & tack up their own horse thereby improving personal safety, developing confidence and learning the broadly recognized best practices in horsemanship.

I teach both Western and English riding as each discipline uniquely adds to our skill set and improves our riding in a complementary fashion. We can utilize our indoor arena, 72’ X 72’ covered training centre, outdoor arena, round pen, sand track, and 3 ½ KM of forested riding trails to add variety and depth (and fun!) to our lessons. We have a unique facility on the 125 acres here at Twin Creeks Ranch.

I have 6 lesson horses including a talented eventer, a very well schooled reining horse, a team cattle penning horse, 2 kind schoolmasters and an athletic Morgan cross. I teach Western and English basic seat, hunt seat, jumping, reining and cow work.

I charge $55, including HST, for your 1 1/2 hour lesson. If there are 2 students together, it is $45 per rider for the 1 1/2 hours. If you would like to come and have one lesson to get a feel for what we do here, please let me know. I love sharing the information that many horsemen have shared with me in order to improve your enjoyment of horses and riding.

Sincerely,
Cindy Waslewsky
